customers' needs.

understanding of its opportunities and challenges, and related insurance needs.
The composition of our team takes into account Silicon Valley’s multi-cultural background, and
serves equally long-time residents and recently-established professionals.
Conveniently located close to highways 85 and 17, and downtown Los Gatos and Cupertino, in
the heart of Santa Clara County, our agency is positioned to serve the San Francisco Peninsula
and Bay Area.

We have at heart to find the lowest rates responding to our customers’ needs. Given the
breadth of products and services offered, we identify coverage gaps and propose products and
services to remedy.
Flexibility for Better Service
Our standard business hours are:
- Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
- Saturday by appointment from 10am to 2pm
We’re however happy to accommodate our customer’s time constraints by meeting early or late
in the day, or during the weekend.
While transactions are mostly completed by phone and electronically, we welcome every
opportunity to meet in-person, whether at our agency, at our client’s or close to their work place.
We seek to be involved in all our clients’ requests for service – e.g. processing losses, policy
changes or additions.
About JP Bernard
JP Bernard has more than 25 years of experience serving clients in relationships built on trust
and respect of customer needs. He leverages an acute sense of service, and strong business
experience to achieve customer satisfaction.
Board Member and Officer of several Bay Area non-profits, he’s very involved in the life of our
communities. JP’s also an active supporter of research to cure autism.
